About HighGrove Retirement Home

HighGrove Retirement Home is committed to providing exceptional care and service for our residents. Our team of dedicated professionals is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring that all needs are met with the utmost care and respect.

We strive to be the best in the industry when it comes to providing quality care in an environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging. Our staff works hard to create an environment that is comfortable, inviting, and stimulating while providing our residents with the highest level of care available.

ROOMS AND COTTAGES

Highgrove offers excellent care facilities for residents who need assistance with activities of daily living, with levels of service from independent, mid-care and full care . Nursing staff are on duty 24 hours a day and the level of care is exceptional. Highgrove offers spacious and private accommodation amidst lovely gardens in a serviced environment, including housekeeping, laundry and meals.
RENTAL OF ROOMS AND COTTAGES
Rental – Pricing on request

These Services and Facilities are included in the monthly rental:

  • Rooms are fully serviced.
  • Laundry
  • Three balanced, home cooked meals and tea twice daily (optional)
  • Library
  • Outdoor patios and beautiful gardens
  • Games
  • Exercises
  • DSTV in Lounge area

These services will incur extra charges which will be put onto the statement and paid with the monthly rental:

  •  
  • Hairdressing, done by our resident hairdresser.
  • Manicures, done by our visiting manicurist.
  • A podiatrist can be arranged on special request.
  • Parking
  • Room service
  • OTC Medication for (Headache, diarrhoea, cramps, vomiting), dressings for wounds etc.
  • Nappy Bags (incontinence) as per the Health Department
NURSING

Highgrove offers the following:

  • Independent supported living and

 

  • Assisted Living / Mid care and full care living with staff available 24 hours a day.

 

A Matron is on duty during the day and on stand-by at night to supervise the caregivers and care for residents. If necessary, the caregivers will assist with bathing, dressing and personal care.

All medication is handled by our Matron and dispensed when necessary.

Other Costs

Non-refundable admin fee: once off, payable on signing of the contract

Electricity surcharge: Price on request applied during May, June, July & August

From Mid-Care to Comprehensive Care

We cater to all levels of care needs. Our nursing staff is highly skilled and experienced in providing support to those with physical and mental health needs, as well as dementia care. We understand how important it is to provide tailored packages of care that meet the individual needs of each resident, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
